मैं विद्यालय प्रबंधन एवं शैक्षणिक गतिविधियों से तीस वर्षों से अधिक समय से जुड़ा हुआ हूं। छात्र, छात्राओं, अभिभावकों, शिक्षकों और शिक्षणेत्तर कर्मचारियों की समस्याओं को मैं भलीभांति समझता हूं और हरसंभव प्रयास करता हूं कि विद्यालय प्रबंधन से किसी को परेशानी न हो। स्कूल में विद्यार्थियों का सर्वांगीण और समावेशी विकास हो, यह मेरी प्राथमिकता रहती है। हमारे विद्यार्थी अंग्रेजी के साथ साथ हमारे समाज के नैतिक मूल्यों और माता, पिता, गुरु जनों और बड़े बुजुर्गो का सम्मान करें, इस पर मेरा विशेष ध्यान रहता है जिससे हमारे विद्यार्थी विभिन्न विषयों में पारंगत होने के साथ साथ हमारे देश और समाज की संस्कृति से बंधे रहें और जीवन में एक सुसंस्कृत व्यक्तित्व वाले बन सकें। मैं यह हरसंभव प्रयास करता हूं कि आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर अभिभावकों एवं छात्रों को किसी प्रकार की परेशानी न हो। मेरी यह अपेक्षा रहती है कि अभिभावकों , शिक्षकों या अन्य के सलाहों को सुनकर इनका यथाशीघ्र समुचित समाधान करूं। मेरी यह हार्दिक इच्छा है कि सभी बच्चे अच्छे ढंग से पढ़े लिखें और देश के कुशल नागरिक बनें और उच्च पदों पर आसीन हों और इसके साथ ही उनमें मानवता, परोपकार, बंधुत्व और देशहित की भावना से परिपूर्ण हों। "विद्या ददाति विनयं,विनयात् याति पात्रताम् पात्रत्वा धनाप्नोति धनात् धर्मः तत्:सुखम।"अर्थात् विद्या हमें विनम्रता देती है, विनम्रता से पात्रता आती है, पात्रता से धन, धन से धर्म और तब सुख की प्राप्ति होती है। संस्कृत के इस ज्ञानप्रद और महत्वपूर्ण सुभाषित का अक्षरशः पालन करना मेरे जीवन का उद्देश्य है।
